Criminal law
Legal assistance in all criminal cases, including penal fiscal and misdemeanour cases, at every stage of proceedings (including the so-called international criminal proceedings), provided both to persons aggrieved by the commission of a criminal act (including, inter alia, companies, hospitals, clinics, housing communities, cooperatives), and to suspects (including those in temporary custody), defendants and defendants, as well as convicted persons, including those incarcerated in penal institutions. This specialization includes, inter alia, day-to-day legal advice, preparation of all letters, including pleadings, and representation before law enforcement agencies and ordinary courts in all instances and before the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
a) white-collar crimes
- criminal business law – within the scope of its criminal law practice, the Law Firm provides legal services for business needs, including those who are obliged to deal with property or business activity, i.e., among others, those who hold positions as members of management boards of commercial companies, directors, proxies, attorneys and others, who face charges concerning such crimes as: forgery, including forgery of invoices, fraud, abuse of trust (mismanagement), money laundering, harming a creditor, or conducting banking activity without a permit.
- official crime – within the scope of its criminal law practice, the Law Firm represents the interests of persons and institutions coming into contact with so-called official crimes, i.e. crimes committed to the detriment of, inter alia, state institutions and local self-government, including crimes of misappropriation of public function, passive and active bribery, paid protection and abuse of powers by an official;
b) military criminal law – within the scope of its criminal law practice, the Law Office represents the interests of soldiers of the Polish Army in active military service, military personnel and soldiers of the armed forces of foreign countries residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, as well as members of their civilian staff, for offenses committed in connection with the performance of their official duties, both as victims and as suspects and defendants, in all cases subject to the jurisdiction of military courts, before military law enforcement agencies and military courts.
For the purposes of its cases, the Firm will cooperate with experts, tax advisers and other specialists who will be able to support the interests of the represented party in the course of the dispute.
