This specialization includes, among other things, day-to-day legal counselling (determining the amount of compensation or the form of apology, if any), representation of natural persons, legal entities (e.g. companies) and other legal entities at the stage of pre-trial negotiations and representation before common courts and the Supreme Court;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">b) <strong>contract law<\/strong> &#8211; legal assistance to individuals and companies in matters relating to the circulation of money, goods and services and the protection of the interests of any entity against property damage. This specialization mainly includes:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>\u00a0providing opinions on contracts and legal support in negotiations for individuals and companies;<\/li><li>conducting disputes against the background of commercial contracts from the stage of preliminary (amicable), through litigation, to enforcement proceedings;<\/li><li>conducting disputes against the background of torts, from the (amicable) trial stage, through litigation, to enforcement proceedings, primarily concerning liability for:<\/li><\/ul><div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; harm caused by one&#8217;s own culpable act or omission, e.g. harm caused to a patient by a doctor;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; damage caused by an unlawful act or omission in the exercise of public authority, e.g. unauthorized use of violence by state authorities against a person or property;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; damage resulting from the fault of persons obliged to supervise another person, e.g. a teacher&#8217;s liability for damage caused to a pupil by another pupil at school;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; damage resulting from a fault in the choice of the person actually performing the entrusted activities, e.g. when a company entrusts the performance of activities requiring specialist knowledge to a person without such knowledge;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;\u00a0 damage resulting from an act or omission of a subordinate, e.g. a non-public healthcare institution (NZOZ) may be liable for damage caused through the fault of a doctor running an individual medical practice, which arose while performing activities on the basis of the medical services contract between them (&#8222;contracted&#8221; doctors);<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; damage caused by animals;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; damage caused by the collapse of a structure or the detachment of part of a structure;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-color: transparent; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); text-align: var(--text-align);\">&#8211; damage caused by an undertaking of an enterprise or plant &#8211; primarily manufacturing, mining and transport and damage related to the operation of equipment in these;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) <strong>succession law<\/strong> &#8211;
